Customer feedback lays the foundation for much of what Cooler Master does. It is through working with customers that the company has reached its 20th anniversary milestone. In celebration of this, Cooler Master has launched a 20th Anniversary Timeline to give users insight into its origins and accomplishments throughout the years. However, it wouldn’t be a true celebration without including the end users that have been with Cooler Master throughout the years. A companion site to the 20th Anniversary Timeline is now available for users to upload Cooler Master related photos that share their unique experience. Each approved picture upload enters users into monthly random prize giveaway drawings throughout 2012 with a final grand prize after the end of the year for a full system build. Cooler Master Teams were challenged with the goal of making all relevant information both straightforward to read and easily accessible to its users. This new emphasis creates a clean aesthetic that organizes product frequently asked questions, videos, reviews, and much more all into a convenient panel on product pages. Users will also find that categories and their associated pages have been streamlined to better reflect user needs.

Inspired by luxurious supercars, the exterior of the Cosmos II melds aluminum, steel, and mesh into an elegant artistic piece. It utilizes a high-grade aluminum for its primary construction and form. This is supplemented by steel and mesh to add to strength, stability, and overall appeal. It maintains its trademark Cosmos profile and outlook with its reinforced aluminum rails while being further refined for today’s advancements in air/water cooling, peripheral support, and styling. Following the supercar feel, the large aluminum side panels swing wide open with a small press of a button. Aluminum sliding doors adorn the well equipped fan and LED control and I/O ports function panel on the top of the case along with the front drive bays. These serve to obscure unsightly cabling and protect drive bays and devices.
